Our taste test Saturday is back by popular demand! This Saturday (Oct. 6) we will be cooking up dry-pack scallops, slipper tails and rock shrimp, all in the lime avocado oil that we carry.
There will also be different styles of smoked salmon available. Spot prawns and halibut cheeks are coming in for this weekend, we are at the end of the local silver and king salmon runs. Alaska's troll-caught king season will open up in the middle of October -- of course the prices will be a lot higher.
